Mend Boulter Camray Compact 50-70 Boiler Central Heating Oil Fired

How to reset LOCKOUT on my Boulter Camray boiler?

I have a Boulter Camray Compact 50-70 oil fired central heating boiler. Just turned it on after the summer and the lockout light came on. Please advise where the reset button is, or how to reset the boiler burner?
