how can i fix my 307 hdi 90?

Usually the codes are correct, but sometimes it is how you interperate them, but if that is what it is saying, most likely is that. But it could also be loose connection somewhere giving a false reading, check connections to the injector and to the ecu. BUT as it says ecu internal fault, could be the ecu. Usually replace job. expensive
