Mend Ravenheat T29 Boiler No Heating

ravenheat will not fire up?

i have a ravenheat t29 boiler no hot water or heating when i turn it on the pump and fan run ok but will not fire up when i turn off the water and heating the fan still runs till i turn the boiler off at the mains switch
