Cannot locate filter or manual for Candy Alise CE 10 Washer Dryer?

Hi,

My washing machine keeps getting stuck when it reaches the spin cycle and does not spin. The clothes are not getting stuck because we are able to turn the machine off and take the clothes out, but the clothes are very warm when removed, but very soggy as the water has not wrung out.

The wash is also not taking in any fabric softener. After reading lots of help options, I figure i should check the filter first and do one empty wash, but i cannot locate the filter.

Does anyone know where a filter is located on these machines? I checked the front bottom panel, but there is nothing there. The machine is fixed into a space under a worktop so I cannot get it out to check the back. I tried looking for a manual, but cant find a free one anywhere.

Any suggestions?
