Mend Hotpoint WF540 Washing Machine Pressure Switch

WF540 Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine wont complete cycle and empty?

lights 2&4 flashing as well as on/off button, Starts rinse and spin cycle, it rinses then sits then the flashing starts. Saw online that lights mean "pressure switch stuck on full" Is this correct.
I have cleaned out filter in case it was blocked
