Hoover sportswear 1300 al 130?

hi its easy to get back on but they dont normaly come off unless something is wrong like worn bearings has it been making a lot of noise on spin? just put the belt round the motor then round the pully as far as you can then holding the belt in place push the pully round until the belt is on
