I can help. Indesit told me this 4 years ago. I have a manual I downloaded from a friendly advisor.
I have a parts list and diagrams which I can email.
3. Ecosense button
Use this button with programmes for washing linen and cotton. Your washing machine will automatically adjust the water and electric energy consumption according to your laundry load.
Although this function only operates on the heavy and delicate cycles (not the wool cycle), it is not recommended to use this function for the delicate cycle.
Stain removal
Turn the programme selector knob clockwise to Programme 1
Depress the stain removal button.
Depression of this button introduces cold soaking and gradual water temperature change. A suitable "biological" detergent should be used. The cycle should remove most water soluble stains, blood, wine, sauce, etc., provided the stain has not been fixed by previous Immersion in or treatment with hot water. Fabrics which are accidentally stained and then Immersed or Washed in hot water will invariably be permanently dyed by the stain colour. It is vitally important, when using the stain removal cycle, to understand that the initial water soaking is cold with a gradual temperature build up and extensive biological washing.
Please note only colour fast fabrics (as above) should be subjected to stain removal.
Hand wash
Turn the programme selector knob clockwise to programme 14
Depress the hand wash button.
On depression of this button, when programme 14 is chosen, the pause time between agitations is increased and the amount of water turbulence reduced; additionally the water temperature will be approximately 25°C thereby reducing the risk of thermal shock to fabrics and allowing a very gentle action which totally simulates a delicate hand wash.
Please ensure that a suitable detergent powder is used with this cycle.
