Hi, my washing machine will not drain, have checked filter is clear and it is.It looks like some kind of error or time delay on it am wondering how to clear is there a sequence of buttons, it was second hand so have no manual for it.It is a Zanussi Jetsystem 1400.Thanks
No drain usually comes up E20
it has to drain water within set time otherwise it stops and flashes E20
if you select spin program can you hear the drain pump running?.Does it make a buzzing sound?.Is something jammed in the drain pump impeller?.Did you connect it under a sink?.If you did did you remove the blanking cap before pushing the drain hose on?.is the drain hose kinked?.
lots of things to check
pump winding do fail and have been known to destroy pcb!!
