Mend Hoover Mach3.3 Vacuum Cleaner Hose

trying to fix Hoover mach3.3 vacuum cleaner?

The vac does not suck dirt in to the bag. I found an obstruction in the hose and cleaned it out. Cleaned out the brush,so the brush is turning,it blows a lot of air out of the so called "stage microfiltration" but still no sucking into the bag
