Mend Renault Megane Fine Starts Power

megane drives fine till the weather is warm?

My megane drives fine while the weather isnt warm but as soon as it is, it starts loosing power then suddenly kicks back in. doesnt matter what gear but always does it in warm weather. Any ideas?
