Mend Vauxhall Vectra Car Petrol

How can I cure the loss of power on my Vauxhall Vectra?

The car is a 2003 Vectra 1.8 petrol model, engine type Z18XE.
Although it starts and runs fine, it loses power badly on hills.
I have replaced the coil pack and plugs but it made no difference.
No lights show on the dash.
