Mend Proline PLC55FFS Warm Fridge Cold

how can i fix proline fridge/freezer please?

my proline fridge/freezer plc55ffs is too warm in the fridge department,its not even cold when its on number 7(the highest setting).the freezer is not freezing either!all replies and help gratefully recieved.many thanks xx
