My fridge has gone warm. Any help really really appreciated?

I have a Proline white Slimline Frost Free Fridgefreezer. It's only about 2 years old. I am so annoyed I didn't keep the manual. Definatley lesson learned. No probs till 48 hours ago when it just decided to stop working. Light is on, motor is running but it is not cold at all. Have tried altering temp dial, switching off and on again but no avail. Then last night the freezer part actually seemed to be gettting actually hot inside. I've kept it well spaced in my kitchen and it's just a normal kitchen , haven't overloaded etc. Any help really really appreciated. Thank you.
