Mend Beko AP930X Freezer Warm Cold

fridge freezer warm at the top cold onthe bottom?

I,ve got a Beko AP930X FRIDGE FREEZER the problem is the fridge is warm at the top,and freezes any put on the bottom shelf also the freezer does not make ice(top of freezer is not cold enough is this a problem with the thermostat?

These american style fridges can be complicated we had a similar problem with ours and was told so many different things by various companies who all hadnt a clue until we got lucky and got in touch with a company who service london and surrey area www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk. they came out found and rectified fault on the spot. No problems since.
