Mend Renault Espace Help Open

Renault Espace 2001 rear passenger door jammed help please?

the rear passenger door on my renault espace 51plate will not open, the electrics are not working to it either includin the elec window, if i lock my car with the central locking fob, the alarm goes off after a few minutes, appreciate any advice thanks
