Mend Margarita Wash Machine Turned

how can i avoid my whites going pink?

every time I wash whites in my Margarita washing machine, they are turned light pink. machine has been cleaned but problem remains. This has got worse over the 3 years that we have had it at our holiday home but machine has had very litle usuage
