Mend Peugeot Vclic Start Died Kick

peugeoit Vclic will not start?

My 2010 Vclic would not start this morning - started then died, tried kick starting twice but now kick start has locked have I got a serious problem? When I try electric start I just get a whirring noise

Sounds to me like you have no oil in bike and have seized the engine scrap it :-)
