ive got the thing tickin over thanks!i get a bit of white smoke when first starting,but goes well ( its been broken in now!)........except today i was going to work and was doing about 65 mph and easd off the throttle to start slowing down and it started screaming and rattleing (like a banshee!) then just died and lost all power as if i swicthed it off it did this 3 more times even when i was doing 30! what could the problem be as as now it dont want 2 go as quick as it did also my kick start is well stiff please help this thing is being hard work but it still starts
it has plenty of oil but now i have to keep it at about 40 mph but yes it does go still i was told 200 miles to break it in ,is it rectafiable? it is air cooled and im still riding it i have to go from reading to oxford as its where i work which about 30 miles
and yes i keep the bottle full, im stil riding it to work but steady

also mate you cannot just thrash the bike as soon as you have done 500 miles if its been rebuilt it takes alot longer and they dont like being caned for long periods or doing long journeys it makes them seize too ok, adam

you have seized it up mate,that was the noise you heard screaming.it will normally do it a few times if you keep riding it but you will notice it goes again after a few minutes when the piston has cooled down and loosens up in the barrel,you have a problem with the oil getting into the crankcase and/ or a cooling problem .is the bike water cooled or air cooled and have you got plenty of 2 stroke oil in the bottle? let me know these questions and ill help you more ok ,adam
