Accenta6 alarm?

My Accenta6 is 12 years old changed battery last week,carried out all tests on instruction leaflet including walk test all Ok.Alarm goes off ramdomly shows tamper, but no zone.Also remote key pad goes off at other times shows tamper no zone? help please.

Have had ladder out, all dry some loose dirt no rust cleaned all contacts.It has done some good, only remote keypad goes off at random times now, about three times a day? Have read manual unable to find problem, can brain trust please help again.
