Mend Beko WM5100W Washing Machine Fabric Conditioner

Fabric conditioner left in compartment of my beko wm5100w washing machine?

My washing machine has stopped taking the fabric softener out of the compartment for some reason?

Anyone got any ideas why or how I can fix it?!
