Mend Belle Minimix 150 Motor Drum Repair

how can i fix my belle minimix 150 240v?

hi, now and then when i press the start button, the motor buzzes but will not rotate, if i'm quick and turn the drum it sometimes starts to rotate. if not, i have to remove the cover on the belt housing and turn the wheel untill the motor rotates, motor runs great when it finally gets going. is there something i need to re-new?
