slow idle, how to adjust?

I have a Craftsman B&S mower that hit a root and not the idle is too slow. There is no throttle adjustment; the mower is either on or off. Sears model 917-388890; B&S 12L902-0663-E1. How do I adjust the idle, can't seem to find the screw?
