Failed MOT To much Smoke? AstraVan 1992?

Yea it sounds as if you have piston bores worn, or piston rings broken, or badly worn valve stems & seals it is commonly known as oil burning that is oil getting into the combustion chamber and therefore burning it and shoving it through the exhaust system (if that is where it is coming from) verdict >>engine overhaul REgards jim
