i can start my car first thing of a morning no problem, but after switching off i have difficulty starting it again. ie: no revs, black/grey smoke. i have to keep turning it over until it starts when it does i have no problem the rest of the day. the fuel pump, filter, injectors, air intake all ok, could there be a sensor that is causing the problem?

The problems is worse if it has been damp.
It is a complete mystery - is your engine a cyliner 1.5 CRDT?
