Mend Moffat MSF615 Door Start Managed

locked over door hinge/catches on Moffat MSF615?

Hi,

Had a little trouble getting over door back on after repair of glass and in taking it off to start again i managed to spring both hinges right back such that i can't now get them back out. Also i can't remove the hinge as in the locked position it doesn't allow you to remove the hinge. Has anyone solved this problem?
