Mend Fisher & Paykel DD24DCT Dishwasher Error Code

fisher paykel dd24dct ?

After replacing the roter in the bottom drawer, the top drawer only works in the fast setting, won't work on normal mode. I get an error code (F2), but the roter does not appear to be stuck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :-)
