I have replaced bulb and checked fuses but it won;t work at all.

These cooker hood bulbs go with a bit of a bang when they blow. Firstly replace the bulb with the corrct wattage and size then check the fuse in the cooker hood plug or electric spur unit. If thats ok then check the main electrical circuit board to see if a circuit breaker has tripped.
