Ford Focus 2005 model cigarette lighter?

Hi,

My power outlet is no longer working. I have tried a couple of different car chargers, so it is a problem with the car rather than the plugs I am using.

Looking at the fuse box, it is not clear which fuse is for the power outlet as there is no clear picture of a cigarette lighter and (having only just checked) the kind people at ford gave me the wrong handbook as it's for a Fiesta! Is somebody able to help me please?

I should add that the rear brakelight is also not working. Haven't replaced the bulb and was wondering if the two are linked?

If it isn't the fuse causing the cigarette lighter problem - would anybody have any other suggestions?
