Probably yes but may also be caused by the drain pump. The pump is part of the power supply to the main board. If the drain pump wiring somehow gets unplugged or the pump winding goes open circuit then no lights will come on. Check wiring plug is firmly plugged in to drain pump. Check pump winding with multimeter on ohms range. Should be 33.5 ohms approx. If both okay then it will be the main board.
