Mend Vokera Hot Water Runs Cold

Hot Water runs Hot then cold = why?

When I run the hot water it runs hot for a short time then goes cold before slowly becoming hot again. Every time you cannot fill a washing up bowl without running the time for some time. This is wasting a lot of water. Is this the norm with Vokera?
