How can i fix my Technika LCD32-309?

Hi just wandering if anyone has a solution....

My tv will occasionally turn on 1st time. However the majority of the time i can press the on button, the blue light will go off as if the tv is going to come on. The screen then flashes as if it will come on, but then shuts back down and the blue light re-appears.....

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
