hi there bought laptop it came with free down loads to get me started (windows.s.p 3+inter exp 8) worked fine till i tryed to start it again then i got win not start follow file miss or corrupt \syst32\ntoskrnl.exe.any ideas its samsung p30

try system restore" to get it back to a date when it was working , last week ect, when the labtop is starting up keep tapping on the f8 key. that will take you to the start up menu. pick (safe mode) from the list, and it will start up again, now you can do system restore. that will take it back to a time when it was working as normal.
