Mend Vivitar DXG-534V Camera Video Error

How can i fis my DXG-534v?

My camera won't save any video or picture i take. anytime i try to view the files i get a giant x across the screen. And the memory card doesn't work in my computer. i keep getting a messasge saying it wont format properly. Any help is appreciated!
