Unplug the appliance,or isolate the power,
Open the door and put your head in and look up,.
At the front of the drum is a cover held on by a screw. Take this off and behind there is a T/stat.
Take it out and meter it out. If its open circuit then it will need to be replaced.
If the T/stat is ok,then you will have to remove the whole back panel, there's a lot of screws, but the panel needs to come off so you can gain access to the heating assembley.
Once panel has been removed, the heating assembley is located at the bottom right side,
remove the two phillips screws and the wiring connector and take the unit out,
visually check, or meter the element for continuity,
meter the three thermostats or two depending on version for open circuits.
Its possible that one of the T/stats maybe resetable so check them for a small hole, where you can push a paperclip in for a reset.
If either the element or the T/stats have failed then you will need to replace the whole assembley as it comes as one unit complete with T/stats.
