Mend Sony SVR-S500 Problem Machine Day

how can i fix my sony svr-s500?

i have a problem with my machine i have to tune in every day the unit.It stores the channels and works fine until about 3.00am in the morning and we lose all channels.Then we are able to to tune in again we press save and it works fine all day but then we lose them again.

have you any advice
