Mend Baxi 836 Boiler Fault Ignition

F1 and F5 appears on display?

Boiler fires up but as soon as the gas ignites it goes out then spark switches on, gas ignites and then goes out again, after a few cycles of this the boiler locks up with F1 displayed.
