Guitar?

I have a Yamaha, acoustic , it's like a three hundred dollar guitar decent, but my High E string is getting digs where every fret is what can I do, don't want to have to ship it back this guitar has great sound,, but once this happens and it does not take long, their goes the great sound, Please help!

There is nothing wrong with your guitar. How old are your strings? They are an every 6 -8 weeks thing, with any consistant play. Sounds to me like you play regularly and your strings are starting to get old, and you have a guitar with stainless steel frets. Might be something in getting the frets polished.
