HOW DO I FIX MY GILERA RUNNER I CRASHED INTO A PUDDLE AND IT WILL NOT START?

HOW DO I FIX MY GILERA RUNNER I CRASHED INTO A PUDDLE AND IT WILL NOT START I LEFT IT 2 DRY OUT 4 ABOUT 2 WEEKS BUT IT STILL WONT START ANY IDEAS PLZ????????

change the cdi unit#

treat it to a new spark plug and if that doesnt sort it out then drain the carb by undoing the small screw on the side of the float bowl and letting all the fuel drain out of the carb ,do it back up kick it a few times to get the fuel flowing again and it should fire up ok.
