Mend Aqualisa Aquastream Shower Cartridge

I have terrible noise in my aqualisa power Shower?

I recently replaced the thermostatic cartridge in my Aqualisa Aquastream power shower which was installed in 2000. It worked fine for two weeks and now there is a terrible loud noise coming from shower when it is turned on, any ideas ?

I also have similar problem. The shower was probably installed 1999 and worked fine for many years. About 4 months ago the cartridge was replaced.
The new cartridge worked fine for a month or so but for last 2 or three months the on/off control kind of jumps when turning off the shower and makes kind of banging noise.
Any idea what might be going wrong?
