passanger door wont lock from the inside or with the key please help?

passanger door wont lock from the inside or with the key please help. I have the door panel off its a 99 focus central locking is gone no fob key only a lollipop one but i can live with out the central locking. I just want to be able to lock the passanger door. please help if u can.
