Mend Ford Mondeo 58 Diesel Fuel

ford convers+ not giving true miles to fill up reading?

Just brought a mondeo 58 with convers+ and filled it with diesel (£78). Trip computer states 280miles to next fill up!!!! I have done 60 miles and it hasn't moved yet?
It stated 50 miles to fill up when first purchsed.
