all of a sudden the remote locking on my {t}reg focus has stoped working.new battery 2months ago.clicking noise in car when stoped and key removed.any tips?
i have found out that the solinoid on the drivers door lock is loose and am going to have to take the door pannel off to look at it.I also got my key re-coded and this has worked apart from last week when the imobiliser kicked in when i tried to start it ,if this happens try locking and unlocking the front pass door (deadlocking)and you should find this works.if u get sorted let me know.cheers

My 99 Focus has started with the same problem. Central locking and boot open button have ceased to work & doors have to be locked/unlocked manually. I'm going to try replacing the fuse (no 63) to see if that works.
