1999 dodge caravan 3.8 lt?

having problems with cold start ups. after warming up for 5min will stall while driving without warning, also after driving for awhile will stall at stop lights no warning will eventualy start up but not right away put gas filter - air filter - plugs- checked throttle plates- air idle oontrol- mass air flow- had to shop no error codes showing up lost for words help///
