Mend Drives Problem Help

Electric drives seat problem -PLEASE help!?

My electric drivers seat slides backward/forward & moves up/down perfectly. But, I am not able to tilt the backrest therefor am stuck driving sitting straight up. Is here any way to manually tilt the backrest?
