How to repair oversize holes in PVC window frame?

Hi,

A handle has come off a PVC window frame because the screw fixing holes have become oversized, so the screws have nothing on which to grip. Is there a filler that will allow me to make the screw holes smaller, but will be solid enough to allow me to refix the handle?

Most screw into lock inside pvc with machine screws. If you have self tappers on cockspur handles try bigger screw, may need to drill handle hole bigger.
