Mend Vokera Excell 80sp Hot Water Heating Diaphragm

How can I fix hot water problem?

I have vokera excell 80sp. Had new diaphram and return valves fitted but still cannot get hot water without radiators heating up first, even with heating turned off. can anyone help or had same problem.

Pressure switch fault, If you diaphram fitted, I assume that a microswitch sits at one end of it, that sensors flow for HW, faulty
