Mend Wizard 12 Turned Light

I have a Wizard 12 Laminating Machine. I think it blew a fuse?

I turned on my Wizard 12 Laminating machine. When it got hot and the red light came on, it suddenly just shut off. I think it might be a fuse.
Where is the fuse on this machine?
Can I change it myself?
How can I order the replacement fuse?
