Mend Magnavox FP4610-W104 Doesnt Come Please

My magnavox doesn't come on fp4610-w104 please help?

My husband found one fuse where the power cord leads but he hasn't found another and he is wondering if there is another it clicks 2 times when we have it pluged and turn on the cicks 2 times he knows what he is doing please help.
