Mend Stannah 250 Model Green Red

stannah model 250 doesn't work?

My model 250 only lights green. the red light doesnt work. however when i was adjusting manually the chair it came on for literally a second. i tried going back to see if i could make it work but no luck. please advise.... or come fix it. lol

wind it up manualy about 2 inches,I think you have over run the stop.move the stop up about 1 inch
