If water is leaking from the bottom of the outer tub and spraying around the inside of the cabinet then the tub seal will need to be replaced. It will also be getting very noisy on spin because the water will be causing the bearings to rust. It is a major job to dismantle the whole machine and replace the bearings and seal. Better to get an expert out to quote and do the job for you.
